A long time ago, I had it diagnosed as a latera-co-lateral ligament strain.
But that was before the Motorcycle accident. And now it kind of swells when I stand on it too long and it grinds quite a bit. I’m pretty sure that my knee was mis-diagnosed and that I’m now dealing with major issues.
Oh well. I’m movign with Kris to Can-a-duh! Free Healthcare!
And you know- everyone seems to love that bear pic. I think I’m gonna use it as mah avie.

My right knee makes grinding noises when I go down steps. Also, sometimes when I just straighten it out all the way.
